c) A baffle -type oil/water separator followed by a vegetated swale, both <br />designed and constructed according to City Standards. <br />18. A Hydraulics Project Approval (HPA) from the State Department of Fisheries may be <br />required for this project for stormwater discharges to the Snohomish River or its <br />adjacent wetlands. It an HPA is required, more stringent detention and water <br />treatment requirements than the City has imposed may be placed on the project as <br />a condition of the HPA. The Department of Fisheries should be contacted to <br />determine whether or not an HPA is required for this site. A determination from the <br />Department of Fisheries shall be placed in the City's file. <br />19. The restroom must be designed to be disabled accessible per State Building Code. <br />20. The restroom shall be firmly anchored to prevent flotation. Electrical and heating <br />equipment shall be constructed two feet abovt :he regulatory flood protection <br />elevation. <br />21. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br />construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the <br />Public Works Inspector. <br />22.
