The provision of adequate oft=sueet pazking, on-site circulation, and site access. <br />Findings: This is a propcsed pazking lot. <br />Conclusions: This criteria does not apply. <br />5. Compatibility of proposed structures and improvements with surrounding properties, <br />including the size, height, localion, setback and arrangemeat of all proposed <br />buildings and facilities, especially as they relate to ligl�t and shadow impacts on more <br />sensitive land uses and less intensive zones. <br />Findings: No suuctures aze proposed. There are aailroad uacks to the west, a <br />parking lot to the uorth, and a vacant ciry lot to the south. <br />ConcIusions: There will be no i�npacts on surrounding properties. <br />6. No signage is proposed <br />Conclusions: All signage must meet Subsection �6.170.0 of the zoning code. <br />7.
