�I <br />i� <br />)ECISION: APPROVE <br />Approve a variance to allow an easement access to Lots 3 and 4 as provided for <br />in Section 18,44,210 with the following conditions: <br />i <br />1. This easement is effective only when final approval has been granted to <br />Short Subdivision #13-83. All conditions of that approval must be met. <br />The effective easement width for services to this short subdivision <br />shall not be less than thLrty (30) feet. <br />The applicant must provide an easement document that is ac,:=ntable to <br />j the City setting forth the method and responsibility for maintenance of <br />the easement access area, providing perpetual access to all lots.
