The degraded portion of the slope ro the notlh of the dwelling will be replanted <br />with evergreen trees and shrubs and will be subject ro an ezecuted covenant for its rerention as an <br />ESA buffer and preclude any activiry or developmen[ (inciuding cleazing, gardening, dumping of <br />garden cuttings, trails and swctures). <br />Under the "reuonable use" provisions of Section 37.050, we request approval of a variance from <br />the front yard and FSA setbacks as proposed.
