The grading and construction plans <br />shall: <br />a) detail measures to prevent the movement of <br />construction material into the wetland area and its <br />buffer. Particular attention sha71 be paid to the <br />sewer line construction corridor. Measures shall <br />include silt fences, removal of spo?ls and limiting <br />construction to dry periods� and <br />b) require hand-digqinq of the sewer line; and <br />c) require inspection of grading by the City Huildinq <br />Department and project engineer at critical points <br />(e.g. staking of site prior to grading, during grading <br />and final inspection); and <br />e) show house footing on undisturbed soils suitable <br />for the calculated building loads. The project <br />engineer shall verify by letter that he/she has <br />inspected the footing plans and that they are <br />consistent with the requixements of the soils report; <br />and <br />p) require removal of all grading and footinq <br />excavation spoils from the site; and <br />q) prohibit gradinq from November lst to Feb lst; and <br />h) show routing of roof drainage downslope to wetland <br />in manner that will not erode slope (use of energy <br />dissipators. <br />6) The applicant shall comply with all other <br />requirements of the City of Everett, including but not <br />limited to sewer, water, road access, and fire <br />raqvixements. <br />�pneals: The/ applicant or an owner of prope-ty located <br />within 300 feet of the subject property may appeal the <br />Planning Director's determination as to whether to allow the <br />proposed site improvements.
