t.� <br />F L DECLARATION OF NON-SIGNIFIC7 <br />The proposed action is the issuahre of a Special Property Use Permit and building permits <br />to allow construction of a Jeliovabb Witness Kingdom Hall, 4600 square feet in area which <br />would be designed to accommodate approximately 110 occupants.. <br />The following factors were considered and the listed requirements placed in response to <br />comments received from City Departments during the Environmental Checklist review. <br />1. A plan to control erosion during construction must be approved by the Public Works <br />Department prior to any site work. <br />2. Storm drainage retention with provision for oil and sediment removal must be provided <br />per Ord. No. 514-78. Retention in the parking lot would not satisfy this requirement. <br />3. A site plan showing the following must be approved uy the Public Works Department prior <br />to construction: <br />a. Improvements to City streets to be made per Ordinance No <br />b. Adjoining public right of way (showing dimensions) <br />c. Parking and traffic circulation <br />d. Access <br />4. Fire hydrants to be installed within 200 feet of all buildings <br />555-78 <br />e- - L I ±- ' <br />L . C <br />. LA--2 <br />5. City streets to be kept clear of dirt and, debris during construction. <br />6. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of Everett <br />shall be on arterials unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Dept. <br />7.
