7. The exterior treatment of the church shall be similar to the <br />slide exhibit 2-79/a. <br />G. A lease agreement must be signed by the applicant in order to <br />utilize the City alley right of way on the east side of the <br />Church property. <br />9. All development on site shall conform with the above conditions i <br />and the Final Site Plan, which was presented to Planning Commission <br />and City Council. <br />10.
