There �a a few <br />things that need to be shown on the plans before they can be approved. They are as follows: <br />1) Show water service connection and meter size needed. <br />2) Show storm drainage piping, pipe material and size. <br />3) Show side sewer pipe, size and material and clean -outs. <br />4) Show paving in alley, across property and extended out to Jefferson Avenue per City <br />Standard #303 according to the City's Street Improvement Ordinance 555-78. <br />In addition to these plan additions, you will need to provide a performance guarantee for the alley <br />improvements in the form of a Bond or an Assignment Of Funds through your bank.
