The plans submitted are incomplete. The comments that follow are general in nati - and <br />may not be complete. <br />An additional plan review response may be required after receipt of completed pla• ), , <br />2. All buildings and additions or alterations to buildings over 4,000 square feet r+xiuire the <br />plans and specifications to be prepared by an architect currently licensed to practice in the <br />State of Washington. RCW 18.08. Please note that current law allows design/build <br />contractors to assume responsibility if the drawings are stamped by a structural engineer <br />licensed in the State of Washington. If you chose this option please submit a letter stating <br />your acceptance of responsibility and have your engineer stamp and sign -ach sheet of the <br />drawings. <br />3. Group B1/B2 occupancies over 6,000 square feet [12,000 square feet with area separation <br />walls] shall be equipped with an automatic fire suppression system (fire sprinklers) per <br />City Ordinance 1902-92. <br />4. Group R1 occupancies located within buildings over 6,000 square feet shall be equipped <br />with an automatic fire suppression system (fire sprinklers) per City Ordinance 1902-92. <br />5. Group B1/B2/RI occupancies over 3,000 square feet shall be equipped with an automatic <br />fire detection system (fire alarm system) per City Ordinance 1902-92. <br />6.
