Floors shall drain to an approved oil separator or trap discharging to sewers in <br />accordance with the Plumbing Code. <br />36. Kitchen fans are required and must be 100 CFM minimum. <br />37. Provisions for outdoor air are required for each apartment per VIAQ Section 302.6, <br />302.6.1 and 302.6.2. <br />38. A lighting power budget and reflected ceiling plans illustrating the lighting layout and <br />fixture wattage is required for the office and parking areas.
