All references refer to the <br />1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington <br />State Energy Code I�91, 2nd Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />1. Revise drawings G� show garage doors on end of building. <br />2. Specify posVbeam connection and unfinished recreation room and at garage and <br />post/footing connection. <br />3. Provide detail of thernial break between concrete slab in gazage and concrete slab in <br />conditioned space. <br />4. Show fumace location. lf located in gazage, protect furnace and water heater from <br />impact per Section 508 of tt�e Uniform Mechanical Code. <br />5. Proposed UA (331) exceeds allowable UA (327). Submit new calculations showing <br />the proposed UA equal to, or less than the target UA. <br />6. Show exhaast fan locations on plan set. <br />7.
