The fence shall be located as shown on the approved site plan on file with the <br />Ciry of Everett Planning Department dated October 1, 2003. <br />• A plan must Ce submitted and approved prior to construction of the fence on site. <br />This plan should include a rendering of what the fence will look like after <br />constructed. <br />• The portion of fence located within the public right-of-way may be required to be <br />removed if the City deems it necessary to utilize this area. <br />This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use Hearing <br />Examiner.
