Detailed drawings in accordance with City Deaign and Conatru�tion Standarde <br />shall be aubmitted to the Public Works Department ehoring aite parking <br />layout, landacsiping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary conetruction <br />eroaion control, and all requ3red improvements in the public right-of-way. <br />Public Worka Department approval of these drawings ia required prior to any <br />permita b�,ing isaued. All improvemeuta strzll be completed, approved, and <br />warranted before the Occupancy Permit ie issued. <br />2. City streeta and alleys are to be kept clesr of dirt and debris at all times <br />during conatruction. Duat suppression and atreet cleaning muet occur as <br />directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />3. Performance gusrantees are required °�r any improvements done in the public <br />rightrof-aay (including landacaping). <br />¢. A one-year guarantee ia required on the public street and alley improvements <br />(and site landacaping, if applicable) for aa amount not lesa than '1096 of the <br />coet of construction and ahall run for one year from the datP of finsl <br />approval/isauance oY the firat Occupancy Permit for the project. <br />5• A permit is required for deatination of any fill. <br />6. Landacaping must be provided in compliance with the preliminsry site plan. <br />7.
