The <br />property for these permits is located at 2520 Madison Street, <br />Everett, Washington. <br />lNTRODUCTION <br />Air Touch Cellular (Applicant) requested approval of a Special Property Use <br />Permit for the construction of a 120 foot steel monopole triangular platform top <br />that will support :hree banks of cellular phone system antennas connected to a <br />12 x 20 foot equipment shelter at the base at 2520 Madison Street, Everett, <br />Washington (subject property). The Applicant also requested approval of a <br />variance from tt�e minimum building setbacks to allow the monopole to exceed <br />the R-3 zone hefght limits a�d a variance frDm the minimum building setbacks. <br />A hearing or: the request wa� held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of <br />Everett on July 23, 1998.
