After due consideration of the testimony and evidence presented by the Applicant, testimony and evidence et�ci!ed during the public hearing, and as the result of the personal 3nspection of the subject property and surrounding areas by 4he Everett Hearing Examiner, the following findings of fact and condusions constitute the basis of the decision of the Everett Nearing Examiner. FINDINGS OF FACT The Applicant requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit for the construction of a 120 foot steel monopole triangular platform top that will support three banks of cellular phone system antennas that are connected to a 12 x 2� foot equipment shelter at the base. The Applicant also requested approval of a variance to aliow the monopole to exceed the R-3 zone height limits and a variance from minimum building setbacks.
