The <br />Applicant also requested approval of a variance to aliow the monopole to <br />exceed the R-3 zone height limits and a variance from minimum building <br />setbacks. The proposal is projacted to be developed at 2520 Madison <br />Street. Evere!t, Washingion. (Exhibit 1, Hunt testimony) <br />2. The subject property is a 1.7 acre parcel of land that is developed with a <br />nursing and retirement home. The location of the praposed monopole <br />wiil be adjacent:o the existing nursing and retirement home in a vacant <br />
