These <br />comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform <br />Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and /or Washington State Energy Code <br />1995 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />1. The plans as submitted do not meet the prescriptive requirements for wind and seismic <br />bracing per sections 2326.4.1, 2326.5.4, 2326.11.3, 2326.11.4 and table 23-I-W. All <br />braced wall panels shall be clearly indicated -)n the plans. <br />2. Show under floor ventilation opening size and locations equal to 1 sq. ft. for each 150 sq. <br />ft. (0.067m2 for.each lOmz) of under floor area/2317.7. <br />3. Provide min. 18' x 24" (457mm x 610mm) crawl space access. Locate within 20' of <br />plumbing clean out. <br />4. Provide detail of each different foundation type i.e. foundation at garage, foundation at <br />garage/house, foundation at house (single story and/or two-story).
