C. main on the north side of Madisor_ Avenue with <br />static pressures of approximately 52 psi. , <br />The construction of the building tivill not have a significant impact on the water <br />systein. The 4Vater Depariment should 'nave na objectioas to the proposal. <br />The builder or owner must give consider2tion to the water pressure in the area <br />if the building is to be over t�vo stories high. <br />SEWERS: <br />5anita_y sewers are available on Madison Aveiiue for this proposed development. <br />This development should not have a significant impact on the sanitary sewer <br />system. � <br />DTi.AINAGE: <br />This proposed development will be located in the Pigeon Creek # 1 drainage basin. <br />We are currently d��ir.g a drainage study in this basin, itowever, �xe have not reached <br />a. point where we Icnow whether the detention requirements can be waved. Hence <br />detention should be required. <br />The natural flow from this property is toward the 1Vortheast in the form of sheet <br />, flow. Since the aUutting property to the northeastis private property, there could <br />be some di.fficulty with draining the incrEased runoff in this direction.
