f- c � 1.0 INTRODUCTION Enclosed are the results of our limited geologic site investigation and geotechnical engineering report for a proposed single family residence to be located at 1229 Madrona Ave. - Lot #2 in Everett, Washington. This work has been completed in accordance with our written Pro�asal or Geologic mrd Geoteclutical En ineerinQ Services dated Jan. 23, 1997 and as authorized by Mr. Bob Brokaw of B&L Properties on Feb. 2, 1997. The purpose of this investigation was to expand upon epstiu„ geologic information in the project area and to provide geotechnical engineering recommendations to be utilized during the desigu, permitting, development and constn:ction stage.s of the project. A scope of work was developed speciScally for this project. Items to be addressed by this investigation were developed based on the supplied site plans and our understanding uf your needs and probable permittiug requirements.
