The appro�mete 3400 sq. ft., tluee (3j story, wood <br />frame home will be constructed directly adjacent and south of the existing house on Lot #1. The new <br />home has been designed to take advantage oFthe water and sunset views to the west by utiliting the <br />e�dsting contours of the lot.
