Erosion control measures should also comply with WSDOT Standard Specification
section 8-Ol, Erasiot Catrol. In addition, any identified surface drainage pathways off of de site,
aRar initial site development, should be protected from ruu-off and siltation with filter fences, straw
bales or settling ponds. Permanent erosion control measures should be installed as soon as possible
after completion ofwork in any one area.
5.0 CLOSURE
Tle conclusions and recommendations contained in this report are based on the observed site and soil
conditions at the time of the site reconnaissance, the suppGed site plans as drawn by t6e LOT Design
Grorip and upon our understanding of the project requirements as explained by Mr. Bob Brokaw of
B&L Properties. Some variations in the subsurface soil types, soil stability, estimated depths to bearing
soil and weather related impacts may occur during construction. These may add to the expense of the
project.
GES, Inc. is available on a limited basis to provide construction inspection services as recommended in
tLis report a:id 10 mkx on-site assessments of chaged conditions as necessa.ry during construction.
13 GES, Inc.
