There was no opposition from the a�dience. <br />After visual observation of the subject property and considering all the <br />facts, it was moved by t4r. Kristiansen, seconded by t4r. Black, and <br />unanimously carried to grant the variance as it meets the approval of <br />Section 19.70.060, Everett 6lunicipal Code, paragrnphs 1, �, 3, and 4. <br />A hearing was held on the aPPlication of John and Sandra Bitto, 8809 Corb?.n <br />Drive, Everett, WA 98204, for a variance f.rom Section 19,08.010, Eve�ett <br />Municipal Code, Land Use, paragraph "B" for permissiot� to front for twenty <br />(20) feet on a public dedicated street rather than the code requirement of <br />forty (40) feet. <br />Legal Description: Lot 13, Beverly Acreage Tracts except the north 70 <br />feet thereof and except the east 10 feet thereof <br />conveyed to the City of Everett. - <br />Address: 7932 Deverly Lane <br />Zoning: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br />Mr. Bitto represented himself and made the statement that there was <br />adequate room in square footage to construct a single family dwelling or <br />a duplex whichever was chosen. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. ' <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all the facts, <br />it was moved by Mr. Black, seconded by Mr. Kristiansen, and unanimously <br />carried to grant the variance as it meets the approval of Section 19.70.060, <br />Everett t•tunicipal Code, paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Charles Ingram. 1401 [•;adrona <br />Avenue, Everett, 98203, for a variance from Section 19.08,010, Everett <br />Municipal Code, Land Ose, paragraph "H", for permission to front on a <br />public dedicated street for twenty (20) feet rather than'the code requiza- <br />ment of forty (90) feet. <br />Also a variance from Section 19.14.030, Everett Municipal Code, ttinimum <br />Lot Size and S91dth for permission to provide for forty (40) feet of lot <br />width on Percel "B" of a proposed short plat rather than L.ie code require- <br />ment of sixty (60) feet. <br />Legal Description: Because of the length of the legal description, it <br />will be on file in the Community Service Department. <br />Address: 1401 bladrona Avenue <br />, � <br />Zoning: R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence <br />Mr. Ingram represented himself and made the statement that the main reason <br />for his application for a variance was so he could transfer the Property, <br />� within his family, and there is no intention of any additional building <br />i nt this time. <br />� <br />i <br />' -5- <br />
