The property is legally described as: <br />Town of Lowell Blk 024 D-00 W Vz lots 9 & 10 <br />An inspection of the buildings and exterior premises was conducted on March 3, 1999 and it was <br />noted that conditions exist in the buildings and on the premises that are in violation of the <br />Housing Code/Dangerous Building Abatement Code of the City of Everett. A copy of my <br />inspection report is enclosed for your reference. <br />Other conditions exist that are in violation of the Everett City code.
