In addition, there are two vehicles that appear to be inoperable located on the property. <br />According to Section 8.22.030 of the Everett Municipal Code, all wrecked, dismantled, or <br />inoperative vehicles or automobile hulks, whether abandoned or not, placed or situated upon <br />private property, constitute a public nuisance. In order for such vehicles or hulks to be exempt <br />from this provision, they must be: (1) completely enclosed within a building in a lawful manner <br />where it is not visible from the street or other public or private property, or (2) the vehicle(s) <br />or part of the vehicle is stored or parked in a lawful manner on private property in connection <br />with the business of a licensed dismantler or licensed vehicle dealer and fenced according to the <br />provisions of state law. Specifically; the white, Datsun 200 SX, License number UER 664, <br />and the unidentified motorcycie frame. <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. This office must be <br />provided with an acceptable written plan of actior to accomplish this by May 15, 1999. Should <br />you fail to provide an acceptable written plan of action to correct these conditions a Violation <br />Citation may be issued that could result in a fine and/or costs being assessed. If you have any <br />questions, you may call me at (425) 257-8680. <br />Work conducted to correct the Housing Code/Dangerous Building Abatement Code conditions <br />may require permits. Information regarding bolding permit application requirements, time <br />frames and code information may be obtained at 3200 Cedar Street, second floor, or by calling <br />(425) 257-8810 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The <br />permit requirements are mandated by the Washington State Legislature and enforced by the City <br />of Everett.
