In addition, there are two vehicles that appear to be inoperable located on the property. <br />According to Section 8.22.030 of the Everett Municipal Code, all wrecked, dismantled, or <br />inoperative vehicles or automobile hulks, whether abandoned or not, placed or situated upon <br />private property, constitute a public nuisance. In order for such vehicles or hulks to be exempt <br />from this provision, they must be: (1) completely enclosed within a building in a lawful manner <br />where it is not visible from the street or other public or private property, or (2) the vehicle(s) <br />or part of the vehicle is stored or parked in a lawful manner on private property in connection <br />with the business of a licensed dismantler or licensed vehicle dealer and fenced according to the <br />provisions of state law.
