The deck flooring is decayed with pieces missing, creating an unsound structure. <br />2. The deck guardrail and the stairway handrail are missing balusters. <br />3. The lack of maintenance and repair to the second story deck and the stairway structure is an <br />attractive nuisance. <br />4. The roof is covered with moss, the rafter ends are exposed to the weather are decaying. <br />5. The roof decking is decayed and the area at the southeast comer is rotten. <br />6. Exterior wood has insufficient weather protection and is partially exposed to the elements. <br />7. There is exposed exterior electrical wiring. <br />S. The mortar on the chimney is deteriorated and some bricks are missing. <br />9. There appears to be improper Tenting from the plumbing located in the downstairs kitchen. <br />10. Entry to the basement is open and accessible. <br />11. There is an abandoned refrigerator/freezer in the west side yard. <br />39 <br />
