The legal description for the above - <br />referenced property ("subject property") is as follows: <br />The West half of Lots 9 and 10, Block 24, Town of Lowell, according to the <br />plat recorded in Volume 1 of Plants, Page 11, records of Snohomish <br />County, Washington. <br />Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br />During an inspection on March 3, 1999 of this property, there were conditions found that <br />are in violation of the Housing Ordinance and Dangerous Building Abatement Ordinance <br />as adopted by the City of Everett. These conditions exist to the extent that the life, health, <br />property and/or the safety of the public are endangered; therefore, the subject property is <br />deemed to be substandard, dangerous, and a public nuisance. <br />1. DESCRIP' !ON OF VIOLATION <br />The following conditions render the subject property substandard pursuant to the City of <br />Everett Housing Ordinance, Ordinance No. 2334-98, codified as Chapter 16.08 of the <br />Everett Municipal Code: <br />1. The fo.indation supports of the accessory building are deteriorated and/or inadequate. <br />2. The chimney on the principal building has deteriorated mortar and missing bricks, <br />rendering it of insufficient strength to carry imposed loads with safety. <br />3. There is exposed exterior electrical iviring on the principal building.
