That Ray Pletcher of Silver Ilomes Corporation hired me from 7:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. to haul pit run materi.al from Associated Sand ancl Gravel to an alley being const-ruct.ed adjacent to 2120 P4ain Street in Lowell. That I have job tickets which reflect the material from Associaled Sand and Gravel to 2120 P4ain Street. That I personally hauled 10 10-yard dump truck loads of pit run to this local'ion on October 30, 1980. ThaL- some of Chese loads were dumped in one place at Chat location, while the later loads were spread by trucic over the entire alley. That the a11ey supported my fully loaded dump trucic which weighed in excess of �0,000 pounds. That I personally saco a compactor Ueing pulled behind a cat at the �ob site where the material was Ueing delivered.
