That during the time that I hauled this material from Association Sand and Gravel to the jot, site I personally saw, on numerous occasions, a viUrating compactor being towed behind a cat which was being used to compact the fill material. That I personally observed the filled and compacred alley and turn-around support fully-loaded dump Crucks spreading their load over thst area.
