That Ray I'letcher of Silver liomes Corporation hired me from 7:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. to haul pit run material from Associated Sand and Gravel to an alley being constructed adjacent to 2120 Main Street in Lowell. That I have job t'_ckets which reflect the material from Associated Sand and Gravel to 'L120 Main Street. That I personally hauled 10 10-yard dump truck loads of pi.t run to this location on Ur_�ober 30, 1980. That some of these loads were dumped in one place a� that location, while Lhe later loads were spread by truck over the entire alley. That the alley supported my fully loaded dump truck which weighed in excess of :iU,J00 pounds. That I personaLly saw a compactor being pulled behind a cat at the job site where the material was being delivered.
