That my address is 4525-87th AvenLe S.E., <br />EveretL-, Washington. <br />That on October 30, 1980, I rec=i.ved a call from a Ray Burgy <br />asking me to Fil' in for one of Burgy's disabled trucks. That I, at <br />the request of Ray Burgy, hauled o£ pitrun material from Associated <br />Sand and Gravel to 2120 Main Str.eet, Locvell. That this fill material <br />was used for the construction of an alley and a turn-around at that <br />location, That during the time that I hauled this material from <br />Assuciation Sand and Gravel to the job site I personall� saw, on <br />numerous occasions, a vibrating compaetor being towed behind a cat <br />which was being used to compact the fill material, <br />That I personally observed the filled and compacted alley and <br />turn-aro�ind support fully-loaded dump trucks spreading their load <br />over that area.
