Jamss Dunlap <br />5106-136th St. S.W. <br />Edmonds, WA 98026 <br />743-4764 <br />January 4, 1995 <br />City of Everett, Public Works Department, Building Permits Section <br />A permit is hereby requested to remove fire damaged portions of the below described <br />residential duplex structure, replace the same, and add a second floor. <br />Address: 6009 Magnolia Ave., �verett, WA <br />1-ax Account Number: 012804-4-016-0007 <br />Legal Description: That portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast <br />1/4 f Section 1, Township 28 North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning at <br />the northeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence <br />South along East line of said subdivision for 8.07 feet; thence South 53 degrees 24' 43" <br />West for 157.8 feet to the point of curve of a curve to the right; thence along said curve to the <br />right having a radius of 10 feet and consuming a cemral angle of 125 degrees for a distance <br />of 21.82 feet; thence North 1 degree 35' 17" West for 89.25 feet to an intersection with the <br />north line of said subdivision; thence Easterly along said North line to the Northeasterly <br />corner of said subdivision and point of beginning. <br />Attached are 2 sets of plans for rebuilding the fire damaged part of the residential duplex <br />building by replacing the roof, roof supporting structures, v��est exterior wall and carport, in <br />accordance with Everett Municipal Code Chapter 38, Subsections 38.050.A.1., B.1. and B.4. <br />The structure is nonconforming due to a 3' setback at the southeast building corner next to <br />the undeveloped deadend right of way adjacent to tha south property line, and the lot is 8510 <br />square feet instead of the current 9000 square foot requirement. <br />The existing s!ructure is to be rebuilt on the original permanent building foundation, in <br />accordance with Subsections 38.050.A.1. and 8.4. <br />Sincerely, G^����N� <br />. <br />G�� � <br />
