That Conditions 7 and 8 of the C ncomitant Agreement dated <br />Jar.uary 22, 19fi6, for the Alan Johnson Rezone i/9-£34 are hereby , <br />� amended to rcad a.s follows: <br />'i <br />� Condition 117. All structures shall be setUack a <br />minimum of 40 feet from the i <br />residentially zoned property. � <br />Any residential structures shall be set , <br />;� back a minimum of 40 feet from the I <br />, nearest residentially zoned property I <br />with the exception of the easterly <br />property line where the setback will be <br />��� a minimum of 7 feet and the development <br />ehall be permitted at a density of 381 <br />dwelling unita or less with a maximum <br />of 60% two bedroom units. <br />Condition I/8. Al1 structures on tne subject property <br />shall be limited to a maxinum hei;ht of <br />25 feet. In the ar::a sdjacent Co the <br />mobile homepark 40 to 1G0 feet from the <br />perimeter of the parcel, no huilding <br />shall exceed 15 feet in height. <br />Any residential struct�res on the <br />subject property shall be limited to a <br />maximum height of 40 feet with a <br />maximum of three stories xith a highly <br />sloped roof with no bulldings to be <br />loca:ad .rithln 100 feet of the north <br />property line adjacent to the mobile <br />h�me park. <br />II. That the Concomitant Agreement is hereby nmended by the <br />addition of the following language: "The developmeat shall <br />occur according to the site plan prepared on May 2, 1989 by <br />Charles Morgan and Associates thxt is currently being reviewed <br />through the detailed site plan review process identified in <br />Section 2 of the original Concomitant Agreement.'� <br />III. That all pr.ovisior.s of the Concomitant Agreement other than <br />those which are modified by Section I of this Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />-Z- <br />� <br />
