Plans to be submitted to and approved <br />by the Fire Marshal. <br />Fire lanes must be provided and identified as required in <br />the Everett Municipal Code, Chapter 46.44. <br />f. Portable fire protection required as follows: One UL rated <br />extinguisher, 2A-10.B.C., within 75 feet of travel to all <br />apartments, or one UL'� rated extinguisher, lA-10.E.C., <br />provided for and mounted in each apartment <br />If extinquishers are placed in each apartment, it must be <br />certified so at time of occupation and annually thereaf- <br />ter, in writing by owner or agent. <br />g.
