A. .Roberts <br />Director <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of Building and Public <br />Works permits to allow the construction of 137 multiple family residential units in tivee four-story <br />buildings with basement pazking on a 3.17 acre site. Additional surface parking with landscaped <br />cazports will be provided on top of the basement parking. Two wedands on the s�te must be <br />preserved with bufters averaging 50 to 75 feet between bLildings and the wedands. A drainage <br />way between the weUands would be excavated for construction of a wetpond. Recreation facilities <br />would be provided on first floar decks between the three buildings and in mdoor azeas on the first <br />floor.
