You may appeal thi�. determinadon to the City Clerk at City Hali, 3002 Wetmore Avenue no later <br />th,u� 10 days from the date the MDNS becomes final (which is after the 15 day comment period) <br />by submitting a written statement requesting an appeal which sets fo,rth the name and address of <br />the person aggrieved, a clear and concise statement of the grounds for the appeal, and a fee. You <br />should be prepared to make specific factual objections.
