The cost of any relocation of GTE facilities that is required to construct the new apartments will be at the total expense of the developer. Any relocation will take 60 to 12U days. 17. GTE Northwest Incorporated will provide service to the site. However, new telephone cable construction will be required in conjunction with the site development. GTE's engineering will begin when they are notified of your construction schedules and telephone requirements. It will be the developer's responsibility to provide a suitable combinatioti of conduit and trenching and/or riser conduit to accommodate GTE's network communications cable within the complex. Provided that an acceptable combination of conduit and/or trenching are incorporated into the project to accommodate GTE's entrance cable, there will be no costs to the developer for GTE's cable. If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, appropriate charges will be estimated and GTE's Guaranty of Payment form will be forwarded to you for your signature. Prior to commencement of GTE's engineering for such rearranaement, a deposit will be required. To insure timely telephone service, GTE requests ninety (90) days lead time for engineering, procurement, and installation of cable and/or GTE's equipment.
