In addition, a note stating that car washing is <br />prohibited on the site must be added on the storm drainage <br />plans. <br />There are some concerns that the depth of the building <br />foindations may cause drawdown ePfects on the wetlands, <br />especially if there is the potential for the use of pumps to <br />draw water away from the foundation. The depth of the <br />footing drains with respect to the wetlands sholild be given. <br />The soil types and permeabilities between the wetland and <br />the building should be explored. The discharge location of <br />the footing drains and the proposed methods of dealing with <br />col2ected water should be detailed. Additionally, please <br />determine �he elevation of the ground water table in the <br />viainity of the build.ing as related to the elevation of the <br />ground water table near the wetland. This information will <br />help the City to determine whether or not the building will <br />aifect the hydrology of the wetlands. <br />
