Miscellaneous:
Catch basin #1 should have a solid lid.
A section from the north side of the site to the suuth side
of the site passing through the middle of both wetlands, L•he
wetpond, and the inlet and outlet from ti. wetland system
sliould be provided (section C as drawn in on sheet C-3).
The existing ground elevations, proposed elevations, th•
normal high water elevations in the wetlands, inverts f
pipes, etc., should be shown. The elevation of the outte:
pipe relative to the existing ground elevation shculd be
made very clear. If the proposed locatian of the outlet
pipe is downstream of the local high point controlling the
water elevation in the wetland, the pipe invert should be
set at the existing ground elevation. However, if the
controlling point is located downstream of the proposed pipe
inlet location, and will be eliminated by the construction
of the south entrance, the elevation of the pipe invert must
be set at the elevation of the downstream high point.
More spot elevations are needed along the south driveway/
entrance.
The site plan and the grading/drainage plan are not
consistent with each other in terms of the swale location
and access to the wetpond at the northern end of the pond -
the grading plan does not show a wetpond access or a swale.
A plan for restoration of any areas that will be disturbed
by the construction of stormwater facilities (e.g. swales,
wetpond, storm drains, etc.) will be required to be approved
by the Planning Dapartment prior to the disturbance.
A specially designated area will be required for washing of
cars by tenants of the complex. The area must be hydro-
logically isolated from the rest of the site, be covered,
and washwater from the area must drain to the sanitary sewer
after being routed through a baffle-type oil/water separator
designed to City standards. Signs must be posted on the
site limiting car washing to the designated area only. The
tenant lease or rental agreement must contain a clause
prohibiting car washing on the site outside of the specially
designated area. A covenant must be recorded and signed by
the owner stating that such a clause will be written into
the tenant leases and/or rental agreement.s. in addition, a
note stating that car washing is only permissible in the
designated area must be included on the storm drainage
plans.
As an alternative to the specially designated car washing
area, hose bibs can be eliminated from the site or tenant
access to them prevented. If this option is exercised, the
tenant lease or rental agreement must contain a clause
