This could in�lude additional <br /> plantings, replacement of piant species and�or an extension of the monitoring oeriod. <br /> Monitoring ReForts <br /> P. time-zero report at the comuletion of construction, and annual monitor repoRs <br /> beginning at the end of Year 1 will be submitted to the developer and appropriate <br /> regulatory agency by October 15'h of each year. The monitoring r��ports wi!I include <br /> photographic docur.���ntation for each site visit, with photo descriptions and an analysis <br /> of the ve5etation plentings. The repori will generalize the overall conditions and <br /> a�dress the effectiveness of the Restoration Plan in meeting the performance <br /> standards. <br /> A final repoR will be completed by November 15th of the final year and will include a <br /> summation and final analysis. If at that time, the performance standards have not been <br /> fully satisfied, but the monitor believes that the site is viable, growing, and that the <br /> standards �vill be met, it sfiould be noted. The final report will be the determination of <br /> whether the site is a success per the specific out-lined restoration survival and coverage <br /> goals. <br /> �" Cor,tingency Plar, <br /> In tne event of failure to attain the performance goals set forth in this plan, a meeting <br /> between the Project Biologist and �ity Personnel would be held to determine <br /> contingency actions.
