There is <br /> no Cease and Desist Order issued in this matter. <br /> INTRODUCT��N <br /> EBC Associates, PO Box 11?9, Stanwood, Washington 98292, are the properry managers <br /> of the property in the 6800 block of Helly Drive (subject property). Although the pa�cel of <br /> land does not have any structures on it, it does have a paved 75 space parking lot. The <br /> City of Everett determined that the parkin� lot is an illegal use and requested a Cease and <br /> Desist Order. <br /> A hearing on the requested Cease and Desist Order was held before the Hearing <br /> E;caminer of the City of Everett on Janua�y 20, 1994.
