These properties <br />were purchased because of the close proximity to our owned <br />property of Glacier Lanes. <br />At this time the home at 9513 Holly Drive is having septic <br />problems. The house next door at 9511 Holly Drive is hooked <br />up to the sewer at this time. After researching this problem, <br />we have found that there are physical constraints to running <br />another sewer connection to 4th Avenue. <br />Therefore, we hereby request a variance to connect two homes <br />to the one side sewer.
