INFORMAIION FOR DEVELOPER <br />Condition #16 which requires a minimum of 254 on -site parking stalls for the proposed 136 one <br />and two -bedroom units is hereby revised as follows: "For the proposed 149 senior housing <br />units z minimum of 149 parking stalls are required. A minimum of four (4) handicapped <br />spaces must be provided." <br />Condition #20 which limits the maximum building height to 35 feet in the R-3 zone is hereby <br />revised as follows: "Building height shall be a maximum of 45 feet in the R-3 zone and 50 <br />feet in the C-1 zone." <br />Condition #21 (c) which requires a minimum of 3,185 square feet of landscaping in the interior <br />of the parking lot for 91 open parking stalls is hereby revised as follows: "A minimum of 3,430 <br />square feet of landscaping shall be provided in the interior of the parking lot for the 98 <br />open parking stalls." <br />Condition #23 which requires a minimum of 16,800 square feet of on -site open space for 136 <br />units is hereby revised as follows: "A minimum of 19,000 square feet of on -site open space is <br />required for the proposed 149 units per Section 15.030 of the EMC." <br />Responsible <br />Official: Paul A.
