The listed requirements are placed in response to <br />our review of this information: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION <br />NONE <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br />(SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />2. Prior to issuance of any permits, the Applicant must pay a mitigation fee of $45,132 per <br />the Interim Traffic Mitigation Ordinance No. 1670-89, as amended. (SEPA <br />Transportation Policies) <br />3. The Mukilteo School District has commented that the project will adversely impact the <br />School District (see attached letter). The Applicant must negotiate with the School <br />District regarding a mitigation agreement. Prior to finalization of the SEPA <br />determination, a written letter or agreement must be provided to the City by the School <br />District or Applicant.
