22. All required access roads and fire hydrants must be in <br />service prior to occupancy. (SEPA Public Service and <br />Utilities Policy) <br />23. A fire alarm system shall be provided for any building <br />having an occupant load assigned of 50 or more. (SEPA <br />Public Service Utilities Policy) <br />24. The proposed utilities crossing of the buffer area on southwest <br />corner is recommended for approval. (SEPA Public Services and <br />Utilities Policy) <br />The lead agency for this" proposal has determined that it doss not <br />have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An <br />Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br />43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes comnli.ance with state <br />law and City ordinances related to general envir^--mental protection <br />including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br />drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a comple}ed <br />environmental checklist and other information on file rith the lead <br />agency. This information is available to the public on request. <br />This Determination of Non -Significance is specifically conditioned on <br />compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br />by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br />This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act <br />on this proposal for 15 days from the date below.
