Bulletin Sign - 7he Applicant may have a bulletin sign not ko <br /> exceed 16 square feet in area. Location must bE approved by the <br /> Planning Departrnent. <br /> 9. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br /> Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Departrnent <br /> showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm <br /> drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all <br /> required improvements in the Fwblic right-of-way. Public Works <br /> Depart�nent a�roval of these drawings is required prior to any <br /> permits being issued. All improvert�ents shall be completed, <br /> approved, and warranted befure the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 10. F1i11 standard street improvements are required to Holly Drive <br /> including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk and <br /> necessary drainage system required. <br /> 11. Special charges for connection to sewer system in accocdance with <br /> Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. 'IY�e actual cost shall be <br /> computed by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect <br /> at the time and according to the information provided on the <br /> approved plans on the date of permit issuance. <br /> 12. On-site detention is cequired, OR, in lieu of providing on-site <br /> detention, payment to City Drainage EUnd 390 may be allowed. <br /> This will be determined by the Public Wocks Department duriny the <br /> permit application process. <br /> � 13. If the City Public Works Departrnent determines that the <br /> Applicant's survey and findings as set forth in exhibit 9 <br /> concerning the storm draina9e are crorrect, the Applicant must not <br /> adhere to this condition. If however, it is determined that <br /> there is a storm drainage from Holly Drive that discharges onto <br /> the site, the drainage and site drainage will have to be <br /> tight-lined into an existing syste�n to the east. If this is the <br /> case, the Applicant will be required to obtain an easement from <br /> the adjoining property owner. <br /> 14. Zhis site will initially be served by the Mukilteo Water <br /> District, so the water and sewer plan shall be approved by the <br /> District. <br /> 15. All Fire Code requirements must be met. <br />
