The signs must be approved by the Planning Departrnent and they must be consistent with building design. All signs must be the non-illuminated tyFe. Zhe intent is to provide on= (1) entry sign and one (1) building sign. 8. Bulletin Sign - 7he Applicant may have a bulletin sign not ko exceed 16 square feet in area. Location must bE approved by the Planning Departrnent. 9. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Departrnent showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the Fwblic right-of-way. Public Works Depart�nent a�roval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvert�ents shall be completed, approved, and warranted befure the Occupancy Permit is issued. 10. F1i11 standard street improvements are required to Holly Drive including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk and necessary drainage system required. 11. Special charges for connection to sewer system in accocdance with Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. 'IY�e actual cost shall be computed by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information provided on the approved plans on the date of permit issuance. 12. On-site detention is cequired, OR, in lieu of providing on-site detention, payment to City Drainage EUnd 390 may be allowed. This will be determined by the Public Wocks Department duriny the permit application process. � 13. If the City Public Works Departrnent determines that the Applicant's survey and findings as set forth in exhibit 9 concerning the storm draina9e are crorrect, the Applicant must not adhere to this condition. If however, it is determined that there is a storm drainage from Holly Drive that discharges onto the site, the drainage and site drainage will have to be tight-lined into an existing syste�n to the east. If this is the case, the Applicant will be required to obtain an easement from the adjoining property owner. 14. Zhis site will initially be served by the Mukilteo Water District, so the water and sewer plan shall be approved by the District. 15. All Fire Code requirements must be met.
