The project <br /> location is sho�an on the Vicinity Map in Pigure l. We have previously worked on an associated <br /> projec[at 250� Howard Avenue NE to the southeas[of this site. 1'ou have requestcd we produce <br /> a eeotechnical enginecring report to address tl�e proposed sitc improvements, and infiltration at <br /> the site. We huve mceived a fyred copy of a plan of the esisting site and nearby structures from <br /> your architect, Dykeman Architecu and Interiors, PS, for our use in writing this report. <br /> The site consists of hvo rectangular-shaped lots separated by an asphalt access road to a multiplex <br /> eas[ of tl�e lo[s as shown on dic Sitc Plun in Figure 2. We understand that multiplex is a part of <br /> die site, but will not be altered in the new site improvements. 6527 Broadway contains a <br /> residcnce and a la�vn to the front and north uf the residence. This- lawn contains scattered trees. <br />
