The letter was sent certified mail, return receipt requested. 7-25-91 The retum receipt came back, indicating tbe letter had been received on the 24th o£ .Tuly. 8-7-91 I did not receive a response to the ten day letter; there£ore, I requested a title report on the property for the purpose oi proceeding with abatement on the buildings. 8-15-91 I received the title report and continued research of the report to determine all interested parties in the property. 9-16-91 The Formal Abatement began. I posted the property "Illegal to Occupy" and issued a "Notice and Order" to repair or demolish the buildings. 9-16-91 The "Notice and Order" �as sent to Thomas and Pamela McKee via certified oail, return teceipt requested. This "Order" stated that if they did not comply with the Order, a Resolution authorizing demolition of the buildings would be before the City Council on December 18, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. 9-19-91 The return receipt of "Notice and Order" came back to me, signed by °am McKee and dated 9-18-91. 12-4-91 I filed a "Notice oF Non-compliance" with the County Auditor.
