Asbestos sidir� .falling off of building and the wind is <br /> blowing asbestos dust all over neighborhood. It is in total <br /> disrepair. <br /> 2. Crawl space under buildins3 is wide open for anyone or any <br /> animal to access. <br /> 3. Iawn care is never done. Grass is over e OhT� weeds going to <br /> seed, bushes not trimned, etc. <br /> 4. On�of the front doors has a hole in it. You can unlock the <br /> inside lock and enter into the building. <br /> 5. Garage is in a state of of disreFaair. Shin,les falling off, <br /> floor fallen in, a complete eye sore. <br /> 6. Birds have been seen in the top floor window banging <br /> themselves against the window trying to escape. The children <br /> on the blxk see this and are very distressed. <br /> 7. Front sidewalk is in very poor condition. <br /> 8. Property values for all surroimding neighbors are going down. <br /> 9.
