Asbestos siding .falling off of building and the wind is <br /> blowing asbestos dust all over neighborhood. It is in totsl <br /> disrepair. <br /> 2. Crawl space under building is wide open for enyone or any <br /> animal to access. <br /> 3. Lawn cAre is never dnne. Gruss is over grown, weeds going to <br /> seed, bushes not triamed, etc. <br /> 3. On�of the front doors has a hole in it. You can unlock the <br /> inside lock and enter into the building. <br /> 5. Garage is in a state of of disrepair. Shingles falling off, <br /> floor fallen in, a complete eye sore. <br /> 6. Birds have been seen in the top floor window banging <br /> themselves against the window trying to escape. The children <br /> on the block see this and a^e very distressed. <br /> 7. Front sidewalk is in very poor condition. <br /> 8. Property values for all surrounding neighbors are going down. <br /> 9.
