Claudia made a copy of a Real Estate Contract dated May 20, 1981 , where Carol Hill purchased the property fro�n Robert and Linda Beck. She also made a copy of a Quit Claim Deed between Shar�n Arkley and Richard Arkley. Note, Carol Hill is not involved in the QCD. This is where the problem with ownership started. Claudia seemed to think that there may have been a typogr•aphical error in the legal descriptio�i on the QCD. She did some further checking of a large book, I don't know what it's called, and found that the Block Number in the legal description should be Block 225 insteaG of 81ock 227 on the qCD. Claudia said that Arkley did pay or was at least billed fcr the taxes on Block 225 according tc the book she was looking at. So, Carol Hill is the e�aner of 1214 Hoyt. Her address is NE 4881 N.
