The site is developed widi a single family residence and a detached f;azage <br /> structure. The Snohomish County Assessor's record� indicate that the residenca was <br /> constructed in 1920. The date of construction for the gazage structure is unknown. <br /> However, the Sar.bom Fire Insurance Map for the site does show that the garage <br /> structure existed at the time of Qie last update to the Sanbom Map for the site dated <br /> November 1955. <br /> The garage structure has no setback from the north side property line. <br /> This structure pre-dates the City's 1956 zoning code and aze considered legal non- <br /> co�iforming. <br /> The above structure(s) meets the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect at the time of <br /> construction and I hereby find that the above structure(s) aze legal non-conforming <br /> under the City of Everett Zoning Code.
